About us
Alepho Deng, Judy Bernstein, and Ian Harrington are the trifecta powerhouse behind the “Smelling Water” film campaign. Having co-written multiple novels together over the past decade, Al and Judy have lived through the experiences of what they write, allowing them to capture the true essence of storytelling. Partnering with award-winning local filmmaker Ian Harrington only seemed natural when discovered he resides down the street from where their San Diego story took place.
